In today’s modern society, customer reviews serve as virtual word-of-mouth recommendations. Reviews increase your leads and those leads have shown to be much more easily converted to transactions for many companies. To increase your amount of reviews & ratings, send a short follow-up survey after a completed transaction. Start today by checking in with past customers for a short testimonial or a simple Facebook review. Be weary of only sharing your 5-star ratings, as consumers will suspect the reviews are fake.
